NORTHERN TOUCH TRUCK WASH
LOYALTY CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS:
This Loyalty Card is issued by and remains the property of Northern Touch Truck Wash. It may only be used as described by Northern Touch Truck Wash in connection with the indicated Loyalty Program.
To qualify for a free Rain-X® or Engine Wash, the cardholder must complete five (5) full-priced truck washes. Partial or discounted washes do not qualify towards the total. *Washouts do not apply.
Upon completion of the 5th wash, the cardholder may choose between a free Rain-X® application or a free Engine Wash for one (1) truck. The choice must be made at the time of redemption and cannot be changed once redeemed.
The Loyalty Card is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. Northern Touch Truck Wash is not responsible for any loss suffered by the cardholder as a result of a lost or stolen card.
Northern Touch Truck Wash reserves the right to alter or terminate the Loyalty Program, or individual Loyalty Cards, at any time without notice.
Northern Touch Truck Wash reserves the right to refuse service or deny redemption if it believes a cardholder has violated these terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.
Cards and stamps may not be auctioned, sold, copied or duplicated in any way.
The Loyalty Card is not a credit, debit, or guarantee card.
All decisions made by Northern Touch Truck Wash in regards to the Loyalty Program or any dispute are final and binding.
Use of the Loyalty Card constitutes acceptance of these terms.
